We are not your typical cheesecake company. In fact, we are virtually alone in the market with our selection of “Country Cheesecake” flavors. What is a country cheesecake? The technical definition involves the use of buttermilk, instead of a more traditional cream. This gives our country cheesecakes a sweet, tangy flavor...reminiscent of the cream cheese glaze on a cinnamon roll, or the cream cheese frosting on a carrot cake. We only use the freshest, high quality ingredients, and we don't skimp! We are currently offering 7 “country” flavors, including our original flagship cheesecake...the “Country Classic”. We also have 9, more traditional cheesecakes, baked to perfection, with a little bit of that country sensibility. We don’t use egg, flour, or any other fillers, in our smooth, creamy fillings. We also pay a little extra attention to our incredibly unique crusts. All of our cheesecakes are handmade, come whole or pre-sliced for your convenience, can be served with your favorite toppings and garnishes, and can be enjoyed chilled, frozen, or deep fried. Yes… I said deep fried! They are a deliciously clean slate for your culinary creativity.
