  1. What is a “Country Cheesecake”?
    Our “Country Cheesecake” is made with only the freshest, all natural ingredients...but more specifically, it’s our use of buttermilk. The buttermilk gives our cheesecake a more tangy flavor, and a creamier texture than New York style cheesecakes. Building on the “technical” classification, we have developed a philosophy, or style that permeates our “Country Classic” and our other flavors that we’ve developed for future availability. That style is especially reflected in our crust…not only by the ingredients, but how it’s made. Most crusts are fairly neglected. Our crusts are our signature!
  2. How many flavors do you have?
    At this time, we have 16 flavors. 7 country flavors, including our flagship, “Country Classic”. We also have 9, more “traditional” cheesecakes. I say “traditional”, because nothing about our cheesecakes is traditional! We’ll be adding more flavors in the future…so visit us from time to time.
  3. Do you ship your cheesecakes?
    Yes! Please call our office for more information.
  4. Do you use any fillers?
    No! We only use the freshest, high quality ingredients. We don’t use flour, or eggsin our fillings…just the necessary ingredients.
  5. Do you ship your cheesecakes?
    Unfortunately, we don’t ship at this time.
  6. How do I order and pay for my cheesecake?
    You can order through our website and use a credit card or PayPal account. Start by using the “Add to Cart” button, and follow the prompts. You may also call us to place an order.
  7. How do I get my cheesecake?
    You can pick up your cheesecake(s) on Saturday, 10am – 12 pm, or you may make an appointment for an earlier pick up, if necessary. See our “Contact” page for our address and map.
  8. What is the size/weight of your cheesecake?
    Our plain cheesecakes are 9 inches in diameter, and 2.75 pounds(44oz). Our topped cheesecakes are 9 inches in diameter, and 3.125 pounds(50oz).
  9. Can I order more than one?
    Yes. Simply click “Add to Cart” on our “Products” page, specify the number of each in the quantity box your in the shopping cart, then click “Update Cart”.
  10. Can I specify a future pick-up date?
    Yes. You can specify a delivery date by writing us a note in the comments box at checkout.
  11. What is the best way to store your cheesecake?
    It is best to store our cheesecakes in the freezer. They freeze very well, and will easily keep for 3 months, unopened.  Once opened, an unthawed, sealed portion will easily keep for a month, and a defrosted portion will keep for 1 – 2 weeks, covered in the refrigerator.   12. What is the best way to serve your cheesecake?
    For best results, turn out, slice, cover, and thaw cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight.  Because we don’t use any fillers, it’s best to serve our cheesecakes chilled.  For more information…please refer to the “Serving Instructions” page.
