For your convenience, our cheesecakes are available whole or pre-sliced, frozen or chilled, and sealed immediately to preserve freshness and protect our product. Our products are best served chilled. To ready for service, use one, or more of the following methods:

 


You can defrost our products whole, or by the slice:

    Keep Frozen Until Needed.
  1. For Best Results - Whole:
    1. Remove from plastic Bag.
    2. Thaw in refrigerator overnight, or at least 8 hours.
    3. Serve chilled.
    4. Keeps refrigerated up to two weeks.
    2. For Best Results - By The Slice:
    1. Remove from plastic bag.
    2. Remove the desired number of slices.
    3. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, or at least 8 hours, loosly covered.
    4. Repeat as necccesary.
    5. Serve chilled.
    6. Keeps refrigerated up to two weeks.
    7. Return unused portion to freezer, sealed in a freezer bag.
  2. For Quicker Results - Whole:
    1. Remove from plastic Bag.
    2. Thaw in refrigerator for 4 hours.
    3. Serve chilled.
    4. Keeps refrigerated up to two weeks.
    3. For Quicker Results - By The Slice:
    1. Remove from plastic bag.
    2. Remove the desired number of slices.
    3. Thaw in the refrigerator for 4 hours, loosly covered.
    4. Serve chilled.
    5. Repeat as necccesary.

    2. Pop off plastic lid, let rest on base.
    3. Thaw at room temperature for 1 hour.
    4. Refrigerate for at least 45 minutes prior to service.
    5. Serve chilled.
    6. Keeps refrigerated up to two weeks.
    4. For Quickest Results - By The Slice:
    1. Remove from plastic bag.
    2. Remove the desired number of slices.
    3. Thaw at room temperature for a 1/2 hour, loosly covered.
    4. Refrigerate for at least a 1/2 hour prior to service.
    5. Serve chilled.
    6. Repeat as necccesary.
    7. Keeps refrigerated up to two weeks.
    8. Return unused portion to freezer, sealed in a freezer bag.
