Unfortunately, we cannot ship our products at this time. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

We ship our products nationwide, to the contiguous 48, via UPS Two-Day, and USPS Overnight.  Delivery is guaranteed in one or two days, depending on your location. Our cheesecakes are handmade, fresh, and immediately frozen to preserve that freshness. We use custom-made Styrofoam inserts, and cold-packs to insure our cheesecake arrives in perfect condition. Even though we initiate a shipment completely frozen, it will arrive partially thawed. For best results, handle with care and refreeze immediately. For UPS Two Day, Air or Ground, we only ship Monday – Wednesday, for delivery Wednesday – Friday.  Wednesday orders, for a Friday delivery, must be in by 12pm PST for delivery that week. USPS Overnight shipments can be initiated Monday – Thursday for next day arrival. We will be adding Saturday deliveries in the future, to allow for shipping on Thursday’s and Friday’s.

We cannot deliver on: Sundays, Mondays, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.

We do not mark up, or make money in any way on, our shipping costs. We want our products to get to you for as little as possible.

We understand that our shipping rates are high, but as we are a new company, our options are limited. At this point, we are working with a shipping wholesaler, UPS, and USPS to get volume discount rates. Our rates will get better as our volume increases. Of course, the greater the distance, the more expensive shipping will be.
